Heart-2-Heart encourages teenagers to come together, develop leadership skills, and connect through service. Our volunteers are committed to working and fundraising for a lasting difference.

Our Mission
Originally focused on outreach to local children in need, Heart-2-Heart has branched out to help others in our community who are marginalized. We stand shoulder to shoulder with the LGBTQ+ and Black Lives Matter movements in the fight for equality. We serve elders in community care settings. We partner with local environmental organizations to create a more sustainable planet.
Our programming flexibility enables Heart-2-Heart to be nimble in responding to immediate needs in our community.
Our passionate volunteers provide the momentum needed to help us spark change. Using data-driven models, we provide big and small solutions that make a long-lasting difference.
