Our Mission
Originally focused on supporting local children in need, Heart-2-Heart has expanded its reach to help other marginalized groups in our community. We stand proudly shoulder to shoulder with the LGBTQ+ and Black Lives Matter movements in the fight for equality, and we support elders in community care settings. We also partner with local environmental organizations to promote sustainability and protect our planet for future generations.
Our programming is flexible, allowing Heart-2-Heart to respond quickly and effectively to the ever-changing needs in our community.
It is our passionate volunteers who provide the energy and dedication needed to spark real change. Using data-driven approaches, we implement both big and small solutions that make a lasting impact for those we serve.
